Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Fifth Season (operated by RvB Group LLC), we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our comprehensive Return Policy below before initiating a return.

1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. International Return Facility To maintain our competitive pricing and streamline our global supply chain, our primary fulfillment and return processing center is located in Asia. Please be advised that all approved returns must be shipped directly to our designated international return facility. We do not currently operate a domestic return processing center within the United States.

3. Return Shipping Costs & DDP Requirements Because our return facility is located overseas, the customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Important Notice for International Shipping: All return packages must be shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means you must pay your courier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) for all shipping fees, as well as any potential import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees entirely upfront. Packages sent without DDP clearance will be rejected by the international customs office and returned to the sender or destroyed.

Note: International shipping costs and DDP fees can be significant (frequently exceeding $40 USD). We highly recommend consulting with your local post office regarding these rates before initiating a return.

4. Transit Risks International transit times can take anywhere from 14 to 60 days. As the shipper, you are responsible for the package until it is successfully delivered to and inspected by our warehouse team. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

RvB Group LLC (The Fifth Season) is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We can only issue a refund once the items have been physically received and inspected at our facility. If a package is lost in transit, we will be unable to process a refund.

5. Seamless Alternatives We understand that international returns can be costly and time-consuming. Because we value your time and experience, our Customer Support team may reach out to you with faster, hassle-free alternative resolutions (such as partial refunds or discounted replacements) that do not require you to ship the items back overseas.

Material Composition: To provide lightweight, durable, and easy-to-care-for garments, the majority of our collection is crafted from high-quality synthetic performance blends (such as polyester and elastane) unless a specific natural fiber (e.g., 100% cotton, silk) is explicitly stated in the product description. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that items not explicitly labeled with a natural fiber content are constructed from these durable synthetic materials. Returns based on material expectations that contradict this policy are subject to our standard return guidelines.

Color & Lighting Variations: Due to variations in monitor displays, screen settings, and studio lighting during photography, the actual color of the garment may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Such minor color variations are a standard occurrence in e-commerce and do not qualify as a "defective" or "not as described" item.

Pattern Placement: For garments featuring printed designs (such as geometric, striped, or floral patterns), the exact placement of the pattern may vary slightly from the product imagery. This is due to the natural fabric cutting and manufacturing process, making each piece unique.
